The closing date for receipt of bookings has now past. 

 

The response had far exceeded our expectations and we are very very close to the maximum capacity for the fire and insurance regulations of the room  We are thus unable to accept any late booking and please do not come on-spec on the day as you will not be admitted.

This information pack contains all the papers that you require to enter your digital sequence, in fact you can enter up to two sequences to which your name is credited.  But, please read thoroughly the ‘Rules and Conditions of Entry’ before completing the entry form.

 

Attending the Championships either as an entrant or as an observer is always a rewarding experience.  You will see the current best in British AV sequences, projected over 4 judging sessions, with the Results and Prize Presentation revealing the sequences which the jury thought worthy of a prize or credit.

 

Apart from witnessing the projection of perhaps your sequence, along with the other entries, you will enjoy the full social aspect of the championships.  AV is on the menu from dawn till bedtime, and all through the night if you can stand the pace. 

 

We have returned to the usual practice of one venue for sleeping, eating and projection sessions.  This time we have booked the Premier Inn, Braunstone Lane East  Leicester  LE3 2FW (where most of you stayed for the 15th NAVC).   Every thing will take place under the one roof.  If you wish to stay at the Premier Inn, then please book separately with the Hotel.  If your budget does not run to that, then there are several B&Bs in the area which you may find cheaper.

The RPS Audio Visual Group’s Annual General Meeting will be held before the Championships on Friday 18th September in the Premier Inn at 7.30pm.  All Group members are invited to attend.
